The Eva Mini Collection

Eva was a bonus grandma to my siblings and I. She watched us while my parent’s worked.  We started going to Eva's house when we were very young and although we were not related, she treated us like her very own. One thing that stands out in my memories from Eva's house was her yellow Tupperware candy bowl. When I was designing for this collection, I was reminded of the candy bowl and wanted to use that as a base point for the mini collection. The yellow zippered pouch is perfect for small treats that we might have found in Eva's Tupperware candy bowl. (It is also great for holding useful things like credit cards and cash).

She was also a cool, gentle, German woman and I felt like the striped Italian suede that I had was the perfect compliment to the yellow candy bowl. I have some very fond memories of being at Eva's and had to represent her in this collection of mini collections.
